This is so amazing to find a rare postcard in your mail box! There are only 17 postcrossing members in Guadeloupe and it's hard to imagine that I could be so lucky to be chosen by the system to get a postcard of this Paradise.

NB: French postal system 'La Poste" serves not only France itself but also French overseas territories like Guadeloupe. That's why the stamps are marked from France. Guadeloupe had personal stamp issues but it discontinued after 1947.
